Parallel utilities are accommodated by waveform concentricity that, extended to hydroelectric application, suggest fluid dynamic uses in non-rolling transport. Of these, the wheel's co-planing orientation matches special purpose craft operating in orbital planes - or fluid mediums when imbued with preferred direction. Finally, the neutralized macrocosmic wheel guides design of structures identifiable by the grid type they reside in.
